AIR™ Adenylated Linkers are 5’adenylated linker oligos that facilitate miRNA cloning and sequencing. The linkers are modified to prevent self-ligation and to improve miRNA cloning efficiency.
Custom AIR Adenylated Linkers can be designed to meet any of needs. Alternatively, pre-designed AIR Adenylated Linkers are available with Ban-1, Ava-1, Sty-1 or EcoR-1 restriction sites.
