This high-throughput solution employs pION’s PAMPA technology to enable qualification of hits out of screening assays for the desired pharmacological characteristics, permeability of drug candidates across the GI tract and/or the blood/brain barrier.
The PAMPA Evolution 96 software drives the PAMPA assay, collects data and presents data analysis enabling decisions to pursue further development of a drug candidate.
